DESCRIPTION:This webinar will give participants a foundational understanding of function-based thinking within a trauma-responsive framework. Participants will learn various functions of behavior and specific proactive and response strategies that are more likely to reduce the chances the student will engage in the interfering behavior again. In this training\, participants will learn practical strategies necessary to ensure a safe learning environment where the social\, emotional\, and behavioral well-being of all students and staff is maintained.
